Solstice, Beautiful Stratton Townhomes at the Sun Bowl
Solstice is the newest large townhome development at Stratton Mountain, constructed in 2001 and 2002. Some units were finished in 2003.
These townhomes are in a private setting over by the Sun Bowl, either on a trail or just a short walk to the trail. They are two townhomes clustered together and are $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 units. They are rarely offered for rent, but if you desire a stay in this luxury community, we will try to find you a rental there. Solstice, Private Pool and Hot Tubs
Solstice is in its own area. It has a beautiful pool and a lower swimming area plus hot tubs. Also many units have their own hot tub on the slopes.
Most slopeside units are approximately 2,400 sq. ft. They are typically 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Some units have converted their garage to a den or additional sleep space. Some units are actually double units and are large 4,800 to 5,200 sq. ft. units with 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths.
